India–France Business Conference

The Chamber had the privilege of co-organising the India–France Business Conference on June 3, 2025, at the prestigious Hôtel Plaza Athénée Paris in the presence of Shri Piyush Goyal, Hon’ble Minister of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. 

This distinguished event was organised by the Embassy of India in Paris in collaboration with the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie Franco Indienne(CCIFI), reflecting the strong partnership between our nations. 🇮🇳🤝🇫🇷

🇮🇳 H.E. Ambassador Sanjeev Singla’s opening remarks celebrated the enduring friendship and deepening cooperation between India and France, underscoring a shared vision for a prosperous future. The interactive discussions and exchanges throughout the conference highlighted the strong momentum in India–France relations and the mutual dedication to strengthening these ties.

🇮🇳🤝🇫🇷The conference was honoured by the esteemed presence of Shri Piyush Goyal, Hon’ble Minister of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, alongside influential industry leaders including Mr. Paul Hermelin, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Capgemini, Mr. Rajiv Memani, President of Confederation of Indian Industry and Chairman & CEO of EY India, and Mr. Hari S. Bhartia, Founder & Co-Chairman of Jubilant Bhartia Group, whose insights continue to inspire stronger Indo-French economic collaboration.

➡️ Minister Goyal’s keynote address emphasised India’s commitment to innovation, ease of doing business, and sustainable growth.

➡️ Following the keynote, business leaders from India and France shared valuable insights on cracking the code for doing business in each other’s markets. 

The conference was aptly concluded by Mr. Coumar ANANDA, President of Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie Franco Indienne who eloquently summarized the key outcomes of the day, reaffirming the importance of continued collaboration between Indian and French business communities.
